I think the real estate market is so hard because it’s a mindset shift. A few months ago you put a house on the market. There were 50 people in line to buy that house and now the market shifted and you actually have to work. You have to do some things. You have the market. You have to connect with people.
And that’s hard. But the truth of the matter is and if you look at Phenix alone, that market is actually really healthy. But if you go out and talk to people, there’s this doom and gloom mentality. However, I was at an event for Northrup a week ago and it was sold out. There were people there. They were excited about the market.
I think for every 100 people that you have out there, there’s a cluster of people that are winning, connecting, and doing it. It’s really a mindset issue. Of course, the market has shifted and there’s no doubt about that. But there were 7000 resales that happen outside our doors last month. And if there is 7000 people in the valley that are buying homes, then it’s up to me to find them, connect with them, and help them.
