As partners. As a Manager, sometimes I’m going to be the common enemy. I understand that and I accept that role. But when we’re meeting on a one-on-one basis, my role with you is not your Manager. I am there to work through it with you, not to tell you how to do it. And I think it’ll serve us massively and lead to more growth.
