“Here’s a hack that’ll make the juice worth the squeeze: I like to call it squeezing conversion. Right now you have customers that are in different phases of the process of buying. Some are in the initial phase. Some are still waiting for the decision on whether or not to buy from you, and some are just about to pull the trigger.

There are also clients that you’ve helped in the past that probably need your help today. It’s up to you to create a system for each of those customers and a strategy within your system on how you are keeping in contact with those customers so that they don’t leave you and buy from someone else, by having a strategy where you are in constant contact with these customers, whether it’s by email, or by newsletters, or by text message.

All these options will help you stay in contact with your customer and you will squeeze conversion and get more out of your client database. That is how you make the juice worth the squeeze.”
